This Masterclass is an introduction to the “Raising Your Horizon” learning programme designed by women for women. We will identify what holds women back and the challenges they face when moving forward in their career. As part of the Masterclass, we will learn how to look up and expand our view and identify what is possible to build a flourishing career that is authentic to you.

Over the last 20 years I have observed the differences between how men and women navigate their careers. Typically, men tend to look and manage up more effectively while women often do the opposite.

My own challenges included negative self-talk (the gremlins) perfectionism and networking to name but a few. Over the years I have overcome these challenges and helped hundreds of other women be successful.
