Over the last 20 years I have observed the differences between how men and women navigate their careers. Typically, men tend to look and manage up more effectively while women often do the opposite.
My own challenges included negative self-talk (the gremlins) perfectionism and networking to name but a few. Over the years I have overcome these challenges and helped hundreds of other women be successful.
